Luxury Villa Magico is ideally located in Slatine, on Čiovo island – part of the City of Split and situated opposite the Split old town and Kaštela bay. Villa Magico is located in the quiet part of Slatine, a few hundred meters from the local beaches. Slatine bay has numerous fabulous private beaches that aren’t always packed with tourists, even in high season. Several beaches are placed along its coast, on both sides of Slatine: little covey beaches like Juliette Beach and Plaza Beach are perfect for a swim and sunbathe. There is also Kava Beach, an unspoiled oasis with crystal clear water, on the other side of Slatine.
Villa’s interiors consist of three spacious and modern en-suite rooms with balconies and sea views, which can be rented for a larger group or family or individually. A delicious breakfast is included and served in the restaurant located on the villa’s ground floor. All our guests can arrange lunch and dinner in the restaurant, with a special discount. If the whole villa is rented, guests will have complete privacy and access to a common area for socializing – a lounge area. The spacious interior opens to the sea view terrace with a comfortable, stylish dining area and chic garden furniture, an outside dining table, swimming pool and a sundeck area. Our villa provides total comfort throughout the spacious rooms, with a refreshing swimming pool and quick sea access for those looking to dive in for a rewarding swim. The artistic note combined with traditional elements connects the villa interior with splendid outdoors.

Slatine is a small fishing village situated on the northeastern side of the Čiovo island, 8 km away from the town of Trogir, in Split-Dalmatia County, Croatia. It lies on the coast of Kaštela bay, just opposite the city of Split and peninsula Marjan.
The excellent location means guests are close to many of the area highlights. Within a few minutes walk will discover the breathtaking turquoise waters of Slatine bay and its beaches.
You can take a boat trip to Split (30 minutes drive) or Trogir (30 minutes drive); we can arrange either a speed boat or fish picnic to the Blue Lagoon, nearby islands of Brač, Hvar, Drvenik Veliki and Drvenik mali. Enjoy your vacation and spend the day swimming, snorkeling, or exploring the nearby ancient cities of Split or Trogir and National Parks (Krka, Kornati, Paklenica, Plitvice, Velebit). For those being adventurous, there is the opportunity to hike the nearby mountains of Mosor and Velebit.
In addition, in our excellent restaurant, experience and taste traditional Dalmatian cuisine, including locally caught fresh fish and seafood, and sample traditional dishes from the world-famous healthy Mediterranean diet.

Trogir, ancient city located just 12 km from Vinišće, UNESCO protected, with numerous historical monuments (arboretum, fort Kamerlengo, St. Marko fortress, sculpture of the Blessed Ivan Orsini, St. Jeronim chappel, Cipico palace, renaissance church of St. John the Baptist, the portal of Radovan, Trogir city museum etc.).
